Grand Patron – Senator (Dr) Joseph Wayas

Wayas was born in Basang, Obudu, Cross River State on 21 May 1941 and attended the Dennis Memorial Grammar School, Onitsha. He went to the United Kingdom where he studied at the Higher Tottenham Technical College, London, the West Bronwich College of Commerce, Science and Technology, Birmingham and Aston University, Birmingham. Returning to Nigeria, he worked as a manager or controller from 1960-1969 for several companies in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Wayas is a member of the Society of International Affairs at the Lincoln University, United States.

Wayas joined the Federal Government in 1969-72. He was commissioner for Transport, South-Eastern State, now broken into Akwa Ibom and Cross River states from 1972-74. He was a member of the constituent Assembly in 1977-78.

When General Olusegun Obasanjo terminated military rule in 1979, Joseph Wayas was elected to the Senate on the National Party of Nigeria (NPN) platform and appointed Senate President. Wayas had an excellent relationship with president Shehu Shagari, ensuring that bills were generally discussed and agreed before being introduced. Wayas used to play tennis with the US ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. Thomas R. Pickering. While visiting the USA in September 1981, Wayas was entertained by boxer Muhammad Ali, who threw a spectacular party in his honor. Ali had previously visited Nigeria and received red-carpet treatment

National President – Hon (Amb) Odo Vincent O. (, MBA, ICPAN, ph.D (in view))

He is a finance expert and a Real Estate Developer, a fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria (ICPAN). He has close to15 years experience in professional offices in various responsible capacities. He received his professional training with United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc where he left as Head, Internal Control & Inspections Department then moved on to other Banks and later rounded up in Ecobank Nigeria Plc, as a Resident Controller. He was appointed Council Secretary in Benue State during his foray into politics and currently, he is the Managing Director of Virgin-Smart International Ltd, a Real Estate Construction and Development Company with head office in Abuja. Hon (Amb). Odo Vincent belongs to the following professional bodies:

National Vice President – Air Commodore Danjuma J. Otaru (rtd)DSS fwc MSc QFI

He is also the National Vice President (Administration) and Country Office Administrator, Council for Renewable Energy-Nigeria. He rose to the rank of Air Commodore in the Air force until retirement in 2009. He flew actively for 33yrs and logging over 7000 hrs including flying instructions and worldwide flying. Flew various operational support missions in support of the UN, AU, ECOWAS and the Nigerian Government to places like Liberia, Sierra Leon, Somalia, Yugoslavia etc. Held various positions in the Nigerian Air force including Commander Nigeria Air force Strike Group Yola, he was director Electronic Warfare Defense Headquarters Abuja, Group Operation Officer 81 Air Maritime Group Nigeria Air force Benin City, Group Admin Officer 88 Military Airlift Group Nigerian Air force Ikeja. He was the Chairman, Nigeria National Committee on the Control of Illegal Proliferation of Small Arms and Light Weapons. Furthermore, he attended various conferences and workshops worldwide, as a specialist, participated in the formulation of policies, working documents on small arms for ECOWAS, led the Nigerian delegation to the United Nations bi Annual Conference on Illegal Small Arms Proliferation -2008 and addressed the Summit. He is in the process of setting up a cargo airline.

Chief Legal Coordinator – Associate Prof. Olajide David Ayenibiowo (LLB, LLm, phD)

He is a law expert and was awarded associate professorial chair at the prestigious University of Ibadan in 2012. He has attended various professional institutions across the globe including; Kid Int’l School for Policy & Administration, Seoul in South Korea, Singapore Academy of law, Singapore and Ripa Internal Strategic Studies, London. He has been challenged with various national and international assignments which he handled meritoriously. These include; Ex-officio member, Common Wealth Association of Magistrates – London, Chairman Organizing Committee Asia/Africa Consultative Organization – India, Leading Counsel to UN Human Rights Committee GENEVA 2000, Leading Counsel to Africa Union on Human Rights Commission Ghana, Swaziland, Senegal and Gambia, Nigeria Representative at the U.N.O. Committee for the Reconciliation of Constitution and Issues Raised Against the Statute of Rome Known as International Criminal Court (ICC) – Geneva. In Nigeria he was one time an Assistant Director of Public Prosecution of the Federation 1991, Deputy Director of International Law & Public Law Dept, Head of Civil Litigation Dept, Legal Adviser Federal Ministry of Commerce 1998, Director Federal Ministry of Justice 2000 and Director of Legal Services Federal Ministry of Women Affairs 2005. He worn several awards including Letter of commendation for being a resourceful Legal Adviser to the panel to reposition Federal Population Commission and was a Senatorial Candidate in the 2015 General Election, Ekiti Central.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Agriculture from the University of North Texas, Denton, USA in 1993 and MBA Finance degree from the same University in 1994. He also holds an MPA from the University of Calabar and has recently completed his academic works for the award of a doctorate degree (ph.D) from the University of Abuja.

Mr. Godwin Acheme’s experience span across various industries. In Nigeria, he has worked actively with Union Bank of Nigeria Plc and ThisDay Newspapers in managerial capacities. He was also an Agric lecturer with the Kaduna Polytechnic.

National Treasurer – Chief Lawrence I. Okoh (, MBA, FCA)

He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is vastly experienced (25 years) having operated successfully as a Banker, and a chartered Accountant. He had his professional training with pannel Kerr Forster. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in Nigeria. He is currently the Chairman, Igwe Okoh & Co Chartered Accountants Firm.

National Financial Secretary – Alhaji Hamisu Turaki

Bar Tolu Babaleye esq is a law expert and a Human Right Crusader of national reckoning. In 1999 he worked as Counsel and Solicitor with a law firm, SAM OLOGUNORISA (SAN) & CO in Abuja and later contested and won the seat of the Executive Chairman of Akoko South-West Local Government in Ondo in 2007 till 2009. He is presently the Chief Executive & Principal Partner of Tolu Babaleye & Co based in Abuja. He is a law veteran and was a key participant in the famous Oputa Panel.
